RequireJob.com strives to promote employment opportunities for Job Seekers through Job Required postings. Our aim is to bring all job seekers to the attention of employers through a user friendly posting system. We aim to increase employment as well as enhance employability. The range of categories covered is wide: Accounts, Finance, Administration, HR, Secretarial, BPO, Call centers, Education, Teaching, Technical, Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Web, Telecom, Sales, Marketing, Retail and others. Initially coverage is restricted to States of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu; but gradually all other States in the country will also be covered.

The Portal has been created to address the perceived need for a dedicated platform enabling candidates to seek the attention of prospective employers. The paradox of Indian job market is that while numerous jobs go a-begging and remain unfilled, lakhs of people remain enrolled in the Government employment exchanges. This could be due to mismatch between skills desired by employers and skills possessed by job seekers. Clearly “employability” is a concern in the Indian job market. We have decided on an innovative model for postings on RequireJob.com. In place of resume, we have decided to have brief but essential details on the candidate. This will enable prospective employers to ask for resumes / interviews only of those candidates who meet basic criteria for the particular job. Our endeavor is to provide the highest quality of service to job seekers as well as to employers. We hence have designed a user friendly and easily navigable Portal.
